This program is set at 6Hz and is aimed to give you improved balance and stability.

This program is set at 11Hz and is aimed to give you therapeutic benefits, including, increased blood flow and circulation, relaxation, and recovery .

This program is set at 19Hz and is aimed to give you therapeutic benefits and is also strong enough to be used for strength training.

This program is set at 26Hz and is aimed to give you a maximum workout, with maximum muscle contractions. At this frequency the platform will produce the largest range of Whole Body Vibration benefits.

After you select a specific program, you then tailor the program to suit your needs and ability. Hypervibe believes in safe and effective workouts on our vibration machines, so our programs allow you to select a RUN time, and then also a PAUSE time on your vibration machine.

When getting into position, or getting off our vibration machines, for safety reasons, it is not recommended that the vibration machine be running. Our programs take this into account by stopping the vibration machine and pausing between positions.

Both the RUN time and PAUSE time are selected by you, and along with a countdown display on the LCD screen, an audible warning beep will sound 10 times before the vibration machine goes into RUN or PAUSE mode. This allows you to be prepared for the machine starting, by being in the correct posture, it also prepares you for the vibration machine to stop and lets you know you only have to hold for a few more seconds.

Another reason for the PAUSE time, is that we recommend a short recovery period between postures, just as you would have a short recovery period between sets of weights at the gym. These times can be as long or as short as you set them to be.

HyperVibe Vibration Machines allow you to set he following RUN and PAUSE times.

RUN

  • 30 seconds X 10 sets
  • 60 seconds X 10 sets
  • 120 seconds X 5 sets

PAUSE
