Buying from our Order Returns section

Items purchased from our order returns/ex-display models section of our website may be partially or fully boxed/assembled and may have some sort of cosmetic damage. All goods will have been tested and will be in full working order and covered by a 6 month warranty.
Ex-Display or Order Returns are classed as 'one off' special purchases and as such are not covered by the distance selling regulations.

Delivery Of Your Goods

Before signing for your goods, please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. We must be notified via e-mail in writing at the address below within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged packaging.
Any damages, defects or shortages must be notified in writing via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse. There will also be a minimum restocking charge.
HyperVibe can not be held responsible for any shortages, damages or defects notified to us after 72 hours from delivery.
While we will make every endeavour to deliver your products at the time promised, HyperVibe accept no liability for any incidental expenses caused by late or failed deliveries, or for any damage caused to property while delivering or installing your goods.

Your right to cancel

You have a right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being dispatched. If goods have been dispatched, you have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt of your goods. The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund. There may be a re-stocking charge. If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Hypervibe reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, your right to cancel may be forfeited.
Our Standard 30 day return options apply to goods purchased for domestic use only. Returns/Demo/Display Models are classed as ‘one off’ ‘special order’ items, and as such are not covered by our standard 30 day return policy option.

WARRANTY TERMS

90 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Hypervibe provides a 90 day replacement warranty that covers defects of your Vibration fitness machine caused by material or manufacturing faults. The warranty period is for 90 Days and begins on the date of purchase by the original end user.

This limited warranty is made only to the original purchaser of the Hypervibe machine, and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Limited Product Warranty and Exclusions

Hypervibe provides a limited warranty that covers defects of your Hypervibe vibration fitness machine caused by material or manufacturing faults. The warranty period is for 2 years and begins on the date of purchase by the original end user.
This limited warranty is made only to the original purchaser of the Hypervibe machine, and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Hypervibe will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component(s) free of charge, provided that Hypervibe is notified of the defect during the warranty period and a dated proof of purchase is furnished. Hypervibe reserves the right to inspect the faulty component(s) and determine if the defect is due to material or manufacturing flaws. Hypervibe also reserves the right to charge for service time expended if the defect is not due to material or manufacturing flaws or is not for some other reason subject to this limited warranty.
Hypervibe does not warrant Vibration machines from any and all defects or damage caused by:

a) Normal wear and tear
b) Shipping or transportation damages
c) Improper installation
d) Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (including but not limited to damage due to lightning strikes)
e) Unauthorized or abnormal use or operation
f) Negligence or accidents
g) Material or workmanship not provided by Hypervibe
h) This warranty does not cover costs related to the removal, installation, or troubleshooting of Vibration fitness machine.

HyperVibe will, at its option, use new and/or reconditioned parts in performing warranty repair and in building replacement products. Hypervibe reserves the right to use parts or products of original or improved design in the repair or replacement. If Hypervibe repairs or replaces a product, its warranty continues for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of the return shipment to the customer, whichever period expires later. All replaced products and all parts removed from repaired products become the property of Hypervibe. Hypervibe covers both parts and labour necessary to repair the product and return shipment to the customer, via a Hypervibe selected non-expedited freight carrier within Australia and New Zealand. The warranty does not cover any cost associated with installation, removal or re-installation of the Hypervibe vibration fitness machine.
