Researching the effectiveness of whole body vibration training (3 x week) as an exercise intervention for ex-servicemen (60-80yrs age group) who suffer from complex conditions such as arthritis, cardiovascular disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and back pain. The findings will presented at the 2010 Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science (AAESS) National Conference, and will later be published in a science journal.
